Summer Camp Info
What: Scouts spend a full week doing classic camp activities like swimming, boating, earning merit badges, crafts, games, and having lots of fun. For many scouts, this is a highlight of the year and a great way to build independence and friendships.
Where: Camp Rodney Scout Reservation, a beautiful camp on the Chesapeake Bay.
When: July 19–25, 2025

- $605 if paid by May 1

Adults: $225
All food, activities, and merit badges are included.

March 23: Merit Badge class selections due to Ms Biggs - bring the filled out selection worksheet to the meeting!
April 18 at 9am: Adult leaders will sign scouts up for merit badges.
April 27: Early Bird Payments are due to Troop 1083. The troop will make a payment to Rodney before the May 1 early bird deadline.
May 3 at 7pm: Rodney Leader Meeting. The meeting should be in webinar format with pre-registration.
May 9 at 9am: Rodney’s Sunrise/Evening program selection opens.
June 1: Full balance is due. If a participant is booked after June 1 or later, they need to pay as they book.
Requirements:
Medical form - Note that Part C must be signed by a licensed health care provider and dated within one year of the month attending camp (July).
